  Porcini is the Italian name, Steinpilz is German, Cep in France. This mushroom is enjoyed world-wide.

Bulk dried BC Porcini mushrooms, Fall 2008 harvest: The porcini this fall was clean and crisp. Mushrooms are dried the same day as harvest and have a buttery, nutty aroma. BC porcini is milder and sweeter than Italian porcini.

Wild mushroom gravy
Vegetarian, gluten free, and can be made vegan!


Makes 1.5 cups wild mushroom gravy, easy and fast to prepare.
Just add water and cream(or soy, rice dream), heat and stir for 4 min and your ready to put it over pasta, potatoes or meat. This gravy mix is made with 10g of powdered Porcini mushroom.Also known as: Steinpilz, Cep, King Boletus.

Simple ingredients:
Porcini mushroom powder, red-top mushroom powder, cornstarch, nettle flakes, sea salt, pepper.
