Untamed Feast harvests specialty wild Mushrooms. Eric and Michelle Whitehead, respectfully harvest gourmet, wild mushrooms throughout beautiful British Columbia.
All of the mushrooms we harvest are gourmet edible species which have long been enjoyed in epicurean circles. These mushrooms are non-cultivatable, they are gathered from secret, wild remote regions in BC the old fashioned way, with high hopes, hard hiking and knowledge based on previous harvests. We dry them the same day as harvest to less than 10% residual moisture, in a large, mobile, commercial food dehydrator. We then market them to great retail locations and the finest restaurants throughout the Island and British Columbia.
From soil to sale, the mushrooms have been in our care alone.
We work with local food enthusiasts to make these products available for your pleasure.

Wild Mushroom Gravy Mix
Vegetarian, gluten free, and can be made vegan.
Makes 1.5 cups wild mushroom gravy, easy and fast to prepare.
Just add water and cream(or soy, rice dream), heat and stir for 4 min and your ready to put it over pasta, potatoes or meat. This gravy mix is made with 10g of powdered Porcini mushroom.Also known as: Steinpilz, Cep, King Boletus.
Simple ingredients:
Porcini mushroom powder, red-top mushroom powder, cornstarch, nettle flakes, sea salt, pepper.
